Death Certificate Confirms Cause Of Jennifer Morbelli's Death

Operation Rescue obtained a copy of the official death certificate from the State of Maryland.  (Click this link to go to their site and see a copy).  The cause of death stems from the botched abortion.  Specifically it is "disseminated intravascular coagulation" caused by "amniotic fluid embolism following medical termination of pregnancy".

Two things to note about this:

  1. This is the same cause of death for Christin Gilbert, Carhart's previous maternal fatality.
  2. Had Morbelli sought treatment in time, her life might have been saved.  However, she received "instructions" that discouraged recourse to a real medical facility - and he skipped town on her.
The investigation by the State of Maryland has commenced.  We shall do what we can to allow an unhindered and expeditious investigation to occur.  When Carhart is put out of business, thousands of babies will be spared the butchery - as will some women.

  1. "This is the same condition suffered by another Carhart patient, Christin Gilbert, who died from complications to a late-term abortion she received from him in 2005."

Isn't it funny that Carhart has had two patients die of this rare condition rather than a ruptured uterus which is far more common when inducing labor w/drugs? According to this article, ruptured uterus is a cause of AFE:

"Uterine Rupture: A tear in the uterus is a serious condition that can lead to numerous complications, INCLUDING urologic injury, amniotic-fluid embolism (AFE), the need for a blood transfusion, hysterectomy, maternal death, and perinatal problems including neurological impairment or death of the baby. Causes of uterine rupture include multiple pregnancy (with twins, triplets, etc.), numerous previous pregnancies, labor with an unusually large baby, trauma, vaginal birth after cesarean section (VBAC), and the use of drugs intended to induce birth or an abortion, which is what Uterine Rupture

There are several drugs that can increase the risk of a uterine rupture in certain circumstances. The more notable ones are prostaglandins, including misoprostol (Cytotec), and oxytocin (Pitocin, Syntocinon).

A UK paper did report the alleged cause of death as a ruptured uterus.

If labor was taking too long (reports that she was there for 9 hours), Carhart could have prescribed add'l medication to speed labor.

I too wonder why Maryland government officials (as their Kansas counterparts) would cover for this late term abortionist. But while I think Sebellius is a card-carrying believer in the right to abortion (of course, there will be a few deaths, any doctor can make a mistake and even if he were careless/in a hurry in this instance, the service he is providing to women by being one of the few doctors willing to perform late term abortions is too important to hold him accountable), I think O'Malley is merely ambitious.

  2. Why is it that Catholics (politicians, priests, ordinary people) are not able to stand in the evil day (Eph 6:13)? I have been meditating on that this Lent-similar to last year w/Barbara Johnson. Two funerals and one abidcation. The corruption of the so-called Godly--which includes the entire family + Church. Last year the N"we are all saints"O burial of a woman who assisted at her daughter's gay wedding; this year of a woman who died aborting her nearly-full term handicapped child. Again the complete lack of any sense of sin from those involved:
"This week, Kathy Morbelli, Jennifer’s mother-in-law, told The Journal News that she is extremely upset with the rhetoric coming from abortion opponents, saying that Madison Leigh was a ‘wanted baby.’"

“We will never understand why we lost our best friend,” Kristin McKenna told the mourners. “But we do know that she accomplished every goal she set for herself here on Earth.”

Though this nursery rhyme quoting Priest is still "officiating" (abdicating): "Building on Morbelli’s vocation as a grade-school teacher, Biglin used the nursery rhyme “Humpty Dumpty” to compare the grieving family, friends and others to “broken” people.

“We cannot put them or put ourselves back together again, but God can, in this sacred place where God meets us where we are; in this holy place where we hand over not only Jennifer and Madison to our God, we also hand ourselves over as well.” [One thing handed over in this church that day was Jesus' body--broken for us.]

Here are some views of funeral church's sanctuary:

    A quote from his website:
"Our Catholic Church has also fallen on hard times in our recent history. We read of parish and school closings and mergers, clergy scandals and a dramatic decline of vocations to priesthood and religious life. There appears to be a decline of the influence of Catholicism in our society. We suffer in spirit because of these things.

Our Cardinal, Timothy Dolan, together with our priests, deacons and other religious leaders are filled with faith that "the Lord will carry is through, leaving us stronger in the end." Cardinal Dolan is certainly trying his best to fulfill his pastoral, education and charitable responsibilities as our Cardinal." [I note he didn't rush down to do the funeral like he did for the Newtown massacre victims (I wonder what priest did the mother & son's (shooter) funeral - our Christmas meditation).]

  3. Searching for pics of sanctuary of funeral church, found a wedding registry for a wedding there (Morbellis were married in Newport, RI). The site has expired so can no longer view the couple's pictures - at various destinations where they "honey mooned" before marriage. But here are some quotes:

"After three grad school programs, five different apartments and four years together, we finally moved back home last December. We'd been making plans for the future for a long time, but eventually we figured out that we couldn't put anything into action until we got settled in Westchester…After a few circles around the rink, Gil stopped in front of the statue of Prometheus and started to tell me the story of how he stole fire from the Gods and was punished violently for all eternity (oh, sweet romance). A minute later, he was down on one knee (for a second, I thought he had fallen) holding out a ring box! I was so excited I could only nod...and then neither of us had any idea what to do, so we quickly got off the ice to call everyone we knew…

"The ceremony will be a traditional Catholic wedding mass held at Holy Name of Jesus Church in New Rochelle performed by Father Martin Biglin. The church secretary is Ali's great aunt, Ann Marie Monteleone, and Father Biglin has aslo officiated the wedding ceremonies of Ali's cousins, Lisa and Laura--so Holy Name has a special family connection that made it the perfect choice!"

I wonder what this couple would do if they suddenly discovered they were about to give birth to a handicapped child--or if they were to find themselves facing any other difficulty in life that they could escape w/$10,000 and a legal murder?

Recently you posted on the SoulWow.com site (the pop version of "the light is on for you”). The church says once a year all catholics must go to confession so to discharge their duty, the bishops advertise confession, but never ever have their priests discuss what constitutes sin or its consequences. Newer priests now invite the congregation to confession AFTER communion--and say the CONGREGATION wants that because some go (though they never offer confession BEFORE communion to see if congregation PREFERRED that).

While many in the pews are fooling themselves, I also think it crept up so gradually on Catholics (and other Christian churches) that many have not realized it is we who are evil and it is our churches and pastors who are helping us and our children to hell.

The longer one continues to attend a church that refuse to mention sin the more deaf, dumb and blind, i.e. DEAD in sin one becomes (Fr. Pavone said in the video you posted of the memorial service at Carhart's clinic, “In every abortion two people die,” but he never said, “SIN kills the mother eternally”. He never mentioned sin. I believe many more than two are dying: the father, the family, the abortionist, the politicians & entire society aiding and abetting this crime).

I encourage all to find a church that will help them and their families to stand in the evil day. The sacraments are not a joke. They are a sign instituted by Christ to give us grace and God will not be mocked.

  4. Standing in the evil day is important, preparing self for judgment day is essential. If you haven't had your Lenten mission on the 4 last things (death, judgment, heaven, hell), I recommend this series:

    http://www.theblessedlife.com/series/end

I had to learn from a Protestant why Catholics pray: "Grant them eternal rest O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon them." (Not that I ever prayed this, but I remember it being prayed at a funeral once when I was a teenager.)

  5. Death certificates give only cause of PHYSICAL death.

“But we do know that she accomplished every goal she set for herself here on Earth.” Was going to heaven one of them? If it had been, would she have died killing her imperfect daughter because she didn’t fit the perfect life on earth scenario? And if not, why not? Looking at what became her funeral portrait in the “white” wedding ball gown w/ décolletage that would not be acceptable in any Vatican church memorializing the "happiest day" of her life on earth, I wonder what will happen to those who taught and allowed her to use the house of God as just one more place to magnify and idolize self?
“Yet here and there in Sardis thou canst claim souls which have kept their garments undefiled, and these shall bear me company, clothed in white; it is their due. Who wins the victory? So shall he be clothed, in white garments; his name I will never blot out of the book of life, his name I will acknowledge before my Father and his angels.” Apocalypse 3:4-5
